Shop Disney Parks App Reviews

This is the worst app Ive seen from a major retailer. Buggy, slow, unable to search. After multiple attempts, I was never able to get any search results. Completely useless!

I liked being able to see what stores I could purchase items. When visiting Magic Kingdom, my boyfriend and I saw the Beauty and the Beast Talking Tea Set in Bonjour! Village Gifts. We had a late dinner reservation for the Be Our Guest restaurant that evening and thought it would be cute to bring the tea set. Instead of carrying it around the park though, we made a note to return closer to our dinner time and make our purchase. We did not expect the store to be closed when we returned, but it was. We used the Disney parks app to find the tea set at another store in Fantasyland and swung by to get it just in time for our dinner! Great app!

I love how I can find exclusive items in the park or I can just order it and have it brought to my house

I found products I wasnt able to locate at the actual parks. Easy to use, definitely recommend.

Great app the only problem is you cant use Disney gift cards that really need to be an option .I promise my daughter I use one of the Disney gift cards we had to get her the Star Wars light up ear because we could not get them when we where there in June they run out of them I guess thats not happening now because I cant use the Disney gift card to buy it for her

So far a good app - lets you find things relatively easily. Just wish it had a home button or a back button...

I used this app while visiting the Disney Parks to find the Elena of Avalor doll and it told me which shops had them and it was right!! I also enjoy being able to get my kids the Disney Princess dolls from Disney they are so much prettier than the ones at the big box stores and they arent much more expensive!! I will be using this app much more in the future!

Ive loved Disney since I was a kid and couldnt wait to visit the parks every summer. As an adult, I go as often as possible and like to maximize my shopping. This app makes it so easy to see the thinks I want so I can make a list and look for it at the parks. I also love the app knows Im an AP and links up my discount...very convenient!!

The Shop Disney Park app is one of the applications on your phone where you go, "I will never delete this for more storage." Which may sound stupid, but it actually has a huge meaning. Im constantly going on it to check up on the latest merchandise and see if what I want to purchase on my next trip is still in stock. Being able to find the perfect souvenirs is so important to my trip. Because of this app Im able to see merchandise I didnt even know was available. It also majorly helps for when you cant find a certain item you saw earlier in your trip and said, "Well, Ill just pick it up later." The app is great for ordering gifts as well. Anything my family members see in Walt Disney World and didnt pick up we can order on the app and even give it as a gift that means a lot. Or, just being able to order a plethora of items at home, bringing WDW right to your home!

I love that I can shop from the parks at home and buy gifts that I cant find in our local Disney store. The app works great and Ive had no issues with it.

OMG! I am extremely happy to have found this app.! I found it while checking in at Animal Kingdom, Fla. 2 weeks ago!! There was a pile on the check-in window and I took one and it said to shop Disney & Disney Cruise Line Authentic merchandise!!! I also went on the Disney Fantasy last week! I am just so happy that I can still shop for the new merchandise on this app.!! Excellent job, Disney, as always!!! Love, Love , Love Disney!!!

I just visited the parks and wanted some things but wasnt sure so when I got home I ordered from the site.

Its a great app. It is a wonderful way to bring home the disney Magic. Everything arrives well packaged and in a timely manner. Customer service is always very helpful.

My family and I just returned from our vacation to Disney world. This app made the trip easy literally everything that we needed,wanted, or wondered was at our fingertips. We purchased the photopass and that was another great feature. I dont think that you can go to Disney without this app. The magicbands are great companions to the app. I never leave feedback but this app deserves 10 stars

I like the idea of this app but half the time you go look for the products that they say are in stock somewhere only to find that the product is actually not in stock. The cast members are aware of this and say that it happens all the time.

I would love this app and actually use it to make purchases if I could select an option to pay with a Disney gift card. Im really bummed I cant right now trying to get ready for our upcoming trip. We need Magic bands, a pin starter set and autograph book and would like to use leftover gift cards from the cost of our trip.

So many items to browse! I love how convenient it is to shop for merchandise within this app!

Just updated to latest version today & it keeps telling me to update because the version Im using is not supported. Help?? I want to shop!

The app forced me to download newest update. I did that but whenever I open the app it keeps prompting me to download the latest version and wont let me use the app at all. The app is current in my App Store. I have closed out the app several times and restarted my phone.
