I love this App! Its great!!! I love Disney so much!

I love Disney, but this has been the worst experience imaginable. They released an exclusive item on the app and charged credit cards. Only to then begin to send cancellations to literally almost every person that placed an order. Additionally they sent a lazy template cancellation email that didnt even include my order number or anything concerning the items ordered. They gave a worthless $10 off because when the item releases again the same thing is just going to happen. It is sad that such a big company let down so many of its faithful fans.

Had item in cart. Checkout. Confirmed order. Then item cancelled. Guess what -my account is still drafted! Love Disney-but this is a total WASTE!

I could say a lot of positive things but first-and-foremost, the app is very user-friendly. Simple, organized- everything a shopping app should be but lots of times isnt. Another positive is that it works equally as well for people at home as it does for someone at the parks. Of course, they have all these great features for park-goers like the map that shows you specifically where a product is (probably my favorite feature) but you can order most things to be shipped to you at home and get the same product all the same. I cant wait to use this app at the parks, though, as it really seems to be a great asset. No more will I see someone in the distance wearing or holding a product that I like and have to chase them down to ask them where they got it. Now I can just look it up on the app and itll come up!

Cant pay with debit card. Always has error message. Tried 3 different cards same result Called get a lot of talk no solution been going on for over 4 months.

I updated the app and went to make a purchase. I tried to change my shipping address. I got the same error message again. I have a UPS box, and get my packages sent there. Even my disneystore.com purchases. The address issue has not been fixed.

Its great! Love using it while Im on vacation to have my purchases sent to the hotel.

Shows lots of stuff you can get. Only wish there was a filter to show items you can only buy in the park. It can be disappointing when you find something and you can only get in park. Otherwise - great app!

I use this app all the time. I love that with a few taps on my phone, I can purchase my favorite Disney items.

Im so glad I discovered this app. I can buy items from Disney Parks without actually going to the parks.

I was in Disneyworld las year when the app was first introduced- since that time it has definitely improved, and makes it easy to find items in the parks saving hours of stress shopping. Good job DISNEY!

It kept saying error when I tried to make a purchase! I got the app to look at pins/possibly buy a couple but the app does not work. I will be deleting the app shortly
