Shop Disney Parks App Reviews

I love this app! Theres so much to shop for and the selection is fantastic. My only complaint is when stuff sells out! Which isnt surprising that everyone wants a piece of Disney park magic. I live in California and go to Disneyland all the time, but I love the ability to shop Disney park stores in Florida now, too!

1. Used the app to locate an item. App said it was at a cart in Animal Kingdom. After 20 minutes of searching while we waited, cast member said it wasnt there. Couldnt explain why the app still said it was there (and nowhere else). 2. Placed an order on-line for three items. Items were in stock. Credit card charged for full amount. Three days later I get a notice that one item was cancelled. Called guest services. Spoke to guest services who said it was out of stock. No explanation as to why I was allowed to order an out of stock item. But he did tell me that there would be no back order placed and no notification when the item is restocked. Credit card situation still pending. These examples are absurd, especially from Disney. Two attempts to use the app for two inexplicable failures. I wont be using the Gamble with Disney Parks app in the future

This app must need an update because it wont accept my address or my payment method. It keeps telling me to change it and when I try it wont save the changes. Please update the app!

For the find in resort it would be great to have Disneyland included. :)

One of the best mobile interface designs Ive encountered for a shopping app.

I LOVE this app! Being only an hour away in Tampa I can know what quick Disney Springs trip will yield that the Disney Store in Tampa doesnt. LOVE WDW & being a Disney-Phile! Its what makes me a geek/nerd/kiddult!!!

Before I went to WDW I shopped this app. I found all kinds of things I wanted & it cut my shopping in the parks down greatly & allowed more time for fun stuff in the parks to do. Now that Im home Im ordering all the stuff I wanted & forgot to pick up. Plus you can order anything Disney anytime!!! Its one of my favorite apps!!!! Totally recommend shopping Disney Parks. You wont regret it, but your credit cards might! LOL

I placed an order on the app after locating some souvenirs in the park stores to avoid having to pack them in my already full luggage. After returning home from Disney, I receive an email apologizing for not being able to fulfill part of my order because of low inventory. I had the items in my hand at the store but chose to trust the app. Big mistake I will not repeat again. The app has potential, but it is only as good as the data it has.

I updated the app with the latest one and now their are glitches. It will allow signing in but wont continue to purchase my items. It just spins and spins!! I have been trying to purchase the same item for months but it wont go past the login screen!! Help!!

I love this app, my only problem with it is that it does not update the new arrivals often. I have been to disney springs several times since early March and have seen merchandise there that is STILL not on the parks app.

I love the new app, makes things much easier

First of all if you order from the app you do not get the 10% discount when using a disney debit card as you would by placing the order over the phone to disney merchandise. Second if you have a PO Box number ( they do not use USPS) it will not allow you to change to your physical address Every time I tried to change it and place the order I got " we do not deliver to a post office box " When I talked to a cast member I was told the app doesnt support either
